Instagram and X are not censored in Iran, that's not true,
if you visit the site https://www.shora-gc.ir/ you will discover that there are links with these "sites" and even on the streets of Tehran and in the city's shopping centers it is possible to see the Instagram logo, so not there is no censorship.
I hope that the censorship apparatus of this site will allow the publication of this message.

What clowns!

Scientific studies

The "Scientific Studies" section (which I just renamed to "Mental health" since all the studies mentioned focus on it) is currently a long and, let's be honest, overly detailed list of papers on various aspects of mental health and social media. Rather than a simple rote list of "this paper said this, this paper said that," I think it would make sense re-writing the section to rely primarily on reviews (or, better yet, metareviews, if there are any) of the literature. I don't imagine this is a controversial suggestion, but some of the results might be surprising, since from what I've seen not all of the data is nearly as conclusive as this article makes it out to be. Nevertheless, please fact-check me as I go through it and correct me either here on the talk page or in the article directly. :) Tserton (talk) 19:44, 20 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Tserton A while ago, I cut the section down from an even-lengthier and more poorly-written version of what it is today and noted in my edit summary that it needs something like what are you are describing. It definitely could use more work and your contributions are greatly appreciated!! JuxtaposedJacob (talk) 01:07, 21 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Created as an element that cannot stand alone 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 18:16, 29 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

its mostly just for people who only want to search for instagram reels and dont want to look for the reels section in the instagram article. Meiswikepiediaeditor (talk) 18:18, 29 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
same as how there is a YouTube shorts article that's not in the YouTube article so people dont have to look for it in the big article Meiswikepiediaeditor (talk) 18:21, 29 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Agree. Redundancy. Itzcuauhtli11 (talk) 06:20, 1 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Agree, not worthy of a separate article. Jokullmusic 15:11, 19 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Agree. Should be merged into Instagram. Cfls (talk) 04:13, 14 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merge of Facebook Reels with Instagram Reels

If it should be merged, at least group them. Merge with Facebook Reels instead. LIrala (talk) 09:09, 17 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

It’s best not to merge Instagram Reels with Facebook Reels. Instagram Reels is its own separate thing from Facebook Reels with some similarities. Bennett1203 (talk) 15:18, 17 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Closing with no merge. Given the merge of Instagram Reels to here, the merge of Facebook Reels now seems redundant. Klbrain (talk) 08:49, 25 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Image showing examples of filters

The image showing examples of filters has an original image of a coffee cup on a wooden bench. The image is mostly brown. The subsequent filtered images show very little variation.

I think it would be better to have a base image which has more variety of colours and contrasts so that the effect of different filters is obviously different. quorn3000 (talk) 13:04, 13 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
