Cyncly is a global software company specializing in solutions for interior design, retail, and manufacturing. Formed in 2021 through the merger of Compusoft and 2020 Technologies[1][2][3], the company provides industry-specific software that enables businesses to design, visualize, configure, price, quote, and manufacture highly configured spaces in residential, commercial and institutional buildings. Cyncly serves more than 70,000 businesses[4] in kitchen, bathroom and furniture design and manufacturing; millwork and cabinetry; windows, doors and glass fabrication; and flooring.[5][6]

History

Cyncly was established in 2021 through the merger of Compusoft and 2020 Technologies[7], each of which developed interior design software for over 30 years prior to combining companies. The name Cyncly is inspired by “synchronization” and “simplicity,”[8] reflecting the company’s mission to provide a complete platform that connects designers, retailers, manufacturers, contractors and consumers together for the design and fabrication of interior spaces.[9]

Acquisitions

  • In September 2022, Cyncly acquired Mozaik Software, a software provider for the woodworking and custom cabinet market.[10]
  • In July 2023, Cyncly acquired Pacific Solutions, a commercial flooring business management software provider operating in North America.[11]
  • In October 2023, Cyncly acquired Mobile Marketing, a web services and digital marketing solution provider that primarily serves flooring retailers in North America.[12][13]
  • In December 2024, Cyncly acquired Broadlume, a provider of digital marketing, visualization and business management software for the flooring industry.[14][15]
