Early Life

Nicole - 2007

Nicole C. Douglas was born on February 13, 1999 in Las Vegas Nevada, to Ioana Douglas (neé Nedelcu; 1972) and novelist, poet, dramaturge, and AUTHORPÆDIA founder, Chris Sebastian Douglas (1953). She was raised in Las Vegas, NV; Davie, FL, and Newnan, GA. She began writing at the age of five while sharing many of her stories with her bestest kindergarten  and now lifetime friend from Peachtree City, GA, Sushana Sudhi. By age nine, Nicole, with the help of her father became the youngest published writer of prolific fantasy stories for children. Douglas is attending Penn State University where she is preparing for a career in psychology.

The short series, “Little Stories to Tell” is the result of her rich, never-tiring imagination she had always had. Two of her tales are retold from old and long forgotten folklore legends told by her father at bedtime. She is a prodigious reader and an extremely ambitious young lady who says she will not rest until one of her tales will make the Hollywood big screen. Last but not least, Human Empire is now being adapted for a screenplay.
