Non-notable company. Speedy deletion tags removed repeatedly, lastly by a new editor. Both editors are SPAs and only have edited this article, leaving a whiff of sockpuppetry, but I AGF for the moment. No indication of notability, no relibale third-party sources. Hence: Delete.
