It depends on what device you use, really. WP:REFB exists to explain how to create a citation in desktop editors, but I use mobile editor because it can fill the templates used for making citations by itself pretty quickly. For mobile editors, there is a " button on the top, which, when clicked, should display a tab where you can paste urls. Just paste them and press "create", and the thing will do it for you.
