@Joinancy: I am not sure how to assist with this. It ultimately takes some exploring (i.e. looking in categories or using the "random article" link on the sidebar) or perhaps going outside of a given special interest subject to a more wider niche to find things to edit. You'd be looking at setting up the underlying software that runs Wikipedia, MediaWiki, on your own computer/server that is serving it either to your local area network or the internet more broadly.
